The Pakistan Cricket Board (PCB) announced the schedule for Australia\’s tour of Pakistan in March-April 2022 on Monday.

During their first visit to Pakistan since the 1988-99 season, Australia will play three Tests, as many One-Day Internationals (ODIs), and a single Twenty20 International (T20I).

There will be three Tests: one in Karachi (3-7 March), one in Rawalpindi (12-16 March), and one in Lahore (27-29 March) (21-25 March),

As for the four limited-over matches, they will be played between March 29 and April 5, with Lahore serving as the host city.

The Pakistan Cricket Board\’s announcement comes less than a month after New Zealand and England cancelled their tours of the country, citing security concerns.

“We thank the PCB for their considerable efforts in planning for the tour and look forward to continuing to work
closely over the coming months to finalise the necessary operations, logistics, security and Covid-19 protocols”.
